Leon was kept in hospital for almost 2 years. There is not much space on a cramped ward and they inject the patients with permanently castrating anti-psychotic drugs.

Most often forcing people to keep taking the drugs on legal extensions of hospital orders called Community Treatment Orders (CTO's).

There is no compensation for those subjected.
